On our departure from Hartford/Springfield, the United Airlines purser announced over the P.A. system that "a group of 13 students from Western New England College were on board and on their way to Beijing for the Olympics" . . . now how sweet was that?! After a 13-hour flight from Chicago, we arrived in Beijing Saturday afternoon . . . and all traveling delegation members were present and accounted for!
