Cross Water Diplomacy

On the walk across the sprawling Olympic Park Plaza to the Basketball Arena, Dennis Rinaldi came across a chap in a Union Jack get up.  In the spirit of friendship, our WNE man in the Stars and Stripes proposed a photo-op, which instantly attracted a scrum of photographers.
