I'm not sure if the tune is catchy enough to be an unforgettable -- and indelible -- date stamp of 2016's summer extravaganza in Rio de Janeiro as was Shakira's Waka Waka for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, but this video of Cidade Maravilhosa and the Cariocas' joie de vivre is enchanting.
