Since 2010, it has been a tradition of the CISB Seminars Abroad to the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cups to name an honorary member of the WNE delegation, as can be seen in the photos below. In fact, "virtual" delegation members have gained celebrity, if not cult, status among locals and visitors alike.
